　　In a 200cm3 beaker the following were mixed together using a glass stirring rod: 50cm³ apple puree, 5cm³ pectinase enzyme, and were then left for 5 minutes at room temperature (20℃). The contents of the beaker were then poured into the coffee filter paper in the funnel and after 2 minutes the volume of liquid in the measuring cylinder was recorded.
